Information We Handle

This notice explains what information palspolarwaffl.com collects, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Last updated: 2026.

Who we are

Pals Polar Waffl publishes educational content at palspolarwaffl.com. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address, the fact and time of your consent, the wording you agreed to, the page you signed up on and your subscription status. We use double opt-in: nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link. Unsubscribe tokens are stored only in hashed form. We use this information solely to send the newsletter you asked for. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days; after you unsubscribe we keep only a minimal record needed to honor that choice.

Analytics

With your consent only, the site sends first-party events to our own server: event name (for example a page view, a WhatsApp button click or a newsletter request), page path, time, the referring website's domain and campaign tags (UTM parameters) if present. We do not assign you a personal identifier, do not fingerprint devices, and do not combine this with other data to identify you. Reports show aggregate counts per page and per day. A click on a WhatsApp button records only that the button was clicked; we cannot see whether you sent a message.

Security logs

Our server processes your IP address briefly to limit abusive request volumes and protect the sign-up form. It is not used for analytics or profiling.

WhatsApp and email contact

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We use what you send only to answer you. Emails you send are kept as long as needed to deal with your question.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Service providers that host our server or deliver email process data only on our instructions.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw analytics consent on the Cookie Controls page, unsubscribe from any newsletter or via the unsubscribe form, and ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
